Galatians 4:1-5 What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate. The heir is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father.

So also, when we were underage, we were in slavery under the elemental spiritual forces of the world.

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.





Matthew 15:12,14 Then the disciples came to him and asked, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?”

“… Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”





Galatians 1:6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel. . .

That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms.





Ephesians 3:20-21 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.





John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.”





Galatians 4:6-7 Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” So, you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.





John 6:60 On hearing it, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?”





John 6:67-69 “You do not want to leave too, do you?” “Lord to whom shall we go?” “We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy one of God.”

Galatians 4:8-11 Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods. But now that you know God — or rather are known by God — how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces? “Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? You are observing special days and months and seasons and years! I fear for you, that somehow, I have wasted my efforts on you.





2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has GIVEN US EVERYTHING we need for life and godliness through OUR KNOWLEDGE of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness.





2 Peter 1:5-7 For this very reason make every effort to add to your faith goodness, and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge self-control, and to self-control. Perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness and to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love!
